Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

2. Report Damage: Take a picture of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Contact Us: Email us at support@aloomah.io with your order number and photos of the damage.
4. Replacement or Refund: We will review your claim and provide return instructions. Once we receive the damaged item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, within 15 business days.
Product Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with the product’s quality, or it appears damaged or of poor quality:
